Beyond Boston Chic

Every so often, I’ll post a picture that I love. Then I’ll pray wait for comments to pour in to see what you think.  Sometimes, you’re just as tickled as I am, and sometimes, you don’t say nuthin’! And so, I then interpret the silence into, “Aw man! They don’t like it!”

And then the arguments start in my head, “You should try to give them what they want, Tini.”  But I made a promise to myself a long time ago, that I would only post things that I’m excited about…and when I don’t have anything, well—then no posts.

I’m reposting Magdalena because this picture reminds me of elegance, youth, understatement, and summer!  Magdalena is holding a cup of ice cream in her hand from Herrell’s in Harvard Square.  Not that winter stops me from eating ice cream, but there’s something nice about ice cream on a hot summer day.
