A dapper chap

The people I stop on the streets are often surprised that I want to take their picture.  Their friends and family on the other hand often are not surprised.  Dr. V’s daughter exclaimed that he is always well dressed and dapper.  For a Saturday afternoon, this kind gentleman certainly gave most folks walking down the street a run for their money in the style department.
