Beyond Boston Chic

Boy did we get snow in Boston this weekend!  This of course translates to:  “Darn it! I have no photos to share this week.  Arggggggghhhhhhh!!!” Saturday was a quiet day style-wise since it snowed for half the day.  And on Sunday, by the time 5:30pm rolled around, and the light had already gone, that’s when I spotted dapper folks. Hmmmph! Better luck this coming week….I hope.

This photo is from Madrid.  You may have remembered a post I did about shades of browns.  This picture would have fit nicely in that category.

Collar tips are slowly making their way back, though those who love all things western/cowboy inspired would say they never truly went away.  I’ve seen them online and in magazines.  In Boston, I haven’t noticed them at all.  Are you wearing them?  If not, what are your thoughts on them?  If you’d like to know how to make your own, check out, this post from the fabulous ladies of Honestly…WTF.  Oh, this photo is from Madrid.

Everyone wears brown in Madrid….oh, and red too.  More on red later.

As soon as we came back from Madrid, a nasty cold hit me.  This relentless cold has had me going to sleep a wee bit early every night—say 6 or 8pm.  As such, blogging has taken a back seat to lots and lots of sleeping.  I’ll be a little quiet in the next few days, but don’t think it’s because I don’t love you.  No, really!  Don’t worry, I adore you, I do!  I just have to rest up a little bit. Once that’s all done, I’ll share lots and lots and lots of photos of Madrid with you!  In the meantime, enjoy this photo of Nadia we took while out and about one Saturday.
